Skip’s program has changed my perspective on personal training. He always gives me a variety of exercises that makes what used to be a boring process actually stimulating and enjoyable. Also, what is wonderful about Skip is that he is able to explain how an exercise is working for me, and he actually explains it in simple terms so I can understand how and why the exercise is effective. His great sense of humour and engaging personality makes you want to work hard and push yourself past what you thought you could do especially when you get to do a boxing session with him. Of course, it is hard work, but Skip makes you want to achieve your goals through constant encouragement and tips.
