We have a very simple process which takes us straight through from your first contact to a finished product in as little time as possible.
1) First contact: Your call or email will result in a short free consultation (we prefer to call it a chat) in which we work out what you want, how quickly you want it and whether we can help you. If we can we'll give you an instant quote, and off we go... 2) We'll put together a brief for the job and get you to sign it off. 3) We do a draft design and show it to you to make sure we're all on the right page. If we are, we'll get on and finish it off. 4) You sign off the design and pay. Simple, eh?!
5) Our web design packages often include an annual updating fee so rest assured we'll be on the phone or email for whenever you need to make changes to your site, or simply ask us a question.
We can turn websites around in less than a week if needs be, and business cards in the same kind of time, including printing. If you need a logo designing we'll do it in a day, if you want. If you can't find the product you want on our site then just ask if we can do it, there's a good chance we'll be able to help. |
